Who is responsible for your data?

What data do we collect?

When you request an appointment we ask for your name, phone number, email address, your language and, optionally, a note. We also keep the details of the appointment itself: date, duration, type of massage, amount and payment method. To limit abuse of the booking form we also process your IP address temporarily (limiting the number of requests per address). It is kept for 24 hours at most.

Why, and on what legal basis?

We use this data to handle your appointment: assessing your request, confirming or declining it, sending you a reminder and letting you cancel. The legal basis is performing the booking, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not use your data for marketing and we do not sell it. Processing your IP address temporarily to limit abuse is based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who processes data on our behalf?

• Cloudflare: hosting of the website, the database and access control for the owner’s admin area.
• Resend: sending the emails about your appointment (request, confirmation, reminder).

We use these processors only to provide the service. We share your data with no one else unless the law requires it.

How long do we keep it?

Two years (2 years) after the appointment, your name, phone number, email address and note are erased (anonymised). The financial details of the appointment (date, duration, amount and payment method) are kept as long as legally required for bookkeeping.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics. Only the owner’s admin area uses a strictly necessary Cloudflare Access cookie for logging in. Visitors to the regular website receive no cookies.
