Booking an appointment

You book through the website by requesting an appointment. A request is only final once you receive a confirmation by email. I may also decline a request, for example if the time no longer fits.

Cancelling

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment using the link in your email. After that, please cancel by phone on +32 470 84 46 43.

Professional massage only

At Pranee Thai Massage you receive a traditional, therapeutic massage. There are no erotic or sexual services of any kind. Inappropriate requests or behaviour end the session immediately, without refund.

Arriving late

If you arrive late, the massage is shortened so the next appointment is not affected. The price remains that of the booked duration.

Health

Please tell me in advance if you are pregnant, have an injury, or have a condition or health problem that may matter for the massage. That way I can adapt the massage or, if needed, suggest not doing it.

Payment and prices

You pay on site, in cash, by bank transfer or with Payconiq. Prices are final: Pranee Thai Massage is exempt from VAT (art. 56bis WBTW, small-enterprise scheme), so no VAT is added.
